Paul accelerates global revenue growth for companies by helping them penetrate new markets and excel in existing markets.  He is an experienced Global Business Development expert with a track record of success across industries and geographies.  Paul is recognized as a superior ‘Networker for Success’ and identifies, and gains access to, key influencers and decision makers.  Most recently, Paul positioned companies for global success:  U.S. companies in Australia and Australian companies in the U.S. as Director for the Australian Trade and Investment Commission, in industries such as Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Smart Cities, Intelligent Transportation and Data Analytics.   His successes included entrepreneurs, mid-size businesses and Fortune 500 companies.   Previously, Paul won complex business opportunities in competitive markets: the U.S. Government market and Private and Public Sector markets across the Pacific Rim, during a 25 year career as a Business Development Executive with IBM.

​​Paul’s Global Education was achieved by moving frequently and living in multiple countries.  He became adept at adjusting to new cultures and bridging between people from different backgrounds.   This was the source of his networking skills which enable him to assist clients.

​​Paul received a BA in International Relations and Economics from Duke University and an MBA in International Business from the University of Maryland.  He competes in Triathlons, running races and swim meets and plays soccer and tennis. Paul is a member of the Japan America Society of Washington, DC
